I've been working for IBM Portugal, DLI, DOT & SOGETI, Datinfor, Sols e Solsuni SA and Pesinforma. Since 2001 i founded Newlemix and we work in IT Consulting and IT in General.
And i'm also a Herbalife Independent Distributor to bring to the world wellness and health.

I'm a IT Professional since 1981. I was a sportist when i left smoke and i got 28Kgs in 6 months, after that because i can't lose weigth i got 41 kgs more then i need. This caused a lot of problems in my knees, and i left for good all kinds of sports.

Since 2004 I use Herbalife products, i've lost since then 26Kgs, and i'm out of control with the business opportunities that i create all days with my results. I'm still need to lose more 15Kgs, but now i know that i could do it, in a well and healthy way. I have a lot of energy and my wellness is spectacular.
Now i can run, i do bycicle for 1h daily and i'm starting to have my sportist body from 15 years ago. I have 48 years old but i feel that i have 25 years old. Call me if you need advise or help.
